Do all purchases have to be made by credit or debit card?

No. Although it is preferred to have sales done online, we also accept money orders through the mail. This will slow the shipping of your purchase.

Is it true that iKARDS uses actual photos?

Yes. Every item with iKARDS is represented by a scan of the actual item. The item you see is the item you will receive! We do not use stock images.

Do you have a store that we can visit? I want to be able to look at the physical card.

No, we do not have a physical storefront, and our office is not open to the public. We are often at card shows and events. Follow us on social media to find out where we will be next!

What is the cost of Shipping? How do I know what countries iKARDS ships to?

Currently we ship only to the United States and it’s populated territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands) Shipping and handling for cards is $5.00 for all orders under $50.00

What types of payments does iKARDS accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money order, and cash (if you catch us at a card show). We are working on getting cash app and Zelle.

Can I get help before I submit my order?

We can be reached through our email and social media platforms.

I can't find a particular card on the site. Can I call to see if it's in stock but not on the site?

Everything that is available for purchase is on ikardsusa.com. Products are added daily, so keep checking the site often to see what’s new!

What if my order get lost in the mail?

iKARDS is not responsible for lost mail or damage that might occur during shipping. We provide a tracking number for all orders. Once items leave our office it is in the hands of the US Postal Service. Other shipping options may be available upon buyer’s request, extra charges may apply.
