iKARDS will replace at no cost all damaged or defective products within 30 days of sale.
iKARDS understands that products do at time not fit our customers need for one reason or another. When returning products, we ask that the following steps are taken (as outlined below):
All returned product should be accompanied by reasons for the return. In many cases, we may be able to suggest a different product that would better suit your needs.
If you would like to exchange a product, any price difference will either be refunded or charged to your billing account.
iKARDS products are designed and tested with a number of quality assurance checks in place in efforts to deliver a superior product every time. iKARDS reserves the right to make changes with out notice to improve performance of the product or to accommodate changes made in the process.
